We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making across business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and Python Pandas, with prior experience in the manufacturing industry being highly preferred. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI.
- Perform data manipulation and analysis using Python Pandas.
- Create automated reports and data models to support business requirements.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor production, quality, inventory, and supply chain metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management with clear data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in:

Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query)

Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Dashboard Development)

Python Pandas for data cleaning and analysis

- Good understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
