Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced  Technical Program Manager  with  10–12 years of experience  to lead and manage complex technology programs and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with excellent program/project management, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
Work closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive cross-functional coordination, track dependencies, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
Translate business requirements into clear technical discussions and actionable plans.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery.
Communicate program status, risks, and key updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive Agile delivery processes, including planning, tracking, and continuous improvement.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
10–12 years of overall experience , including significant experience in Technical Project or Program Management.
Strong  technology background  with the ability to understand software development, architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and technical dependencies.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs and multiple work streams.
Strong stakeholder, client, team, and vendor management skills.

Experience with  Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira .
Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED
Technical background in  software engineering, cloud, or enterprise applications .
PMP, Scrum, or other relevant project/program management certifications.
Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise clients.
