Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandise Manager position based in Tiruppur. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing product assortment, and driving sales. Daily tasks include maintaining vendor and customer communication, coordinating with production teams, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves overseeing merchandise planning to align with the brand's goals and market trends.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to ensure effective interaction with clients and vendors.
Knowledge of Inventory Management to efficiently handle stock levels and product flow.
Expertise in Assortment planning and execution for optimized product selection.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Post graduate, at least 7 years of experience is preferred.
Proficiency in project management and planning tools.
