Central Florida Communities, Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in warm, community-based group home environments. We operate 17 homes, each housing up to six residents, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

• Assist residents with daily living activities (grooming, hygiene, meals, etc.)
• Support individualized behavior and care plans
• Provide supervision and maintain a safe and positive environment
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Complete required documentation (electronic & written)

Required:

• High School diploma/GED
• 21+ years old
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

• Drug-free workplace (random testing)
• Background and sex offender registry checks required
• Active, hands‑on role (standing, bending, movement required)
