About Us

Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. The hospital treats adults, children, and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. It offers inpatient treatment options and serves communities in Brevard County and beyond. Titusville is approximately 30 miles north of Cocoa Beach and 40 miles east of Orlando’s theme parks, and offers close proximity to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Canaveral National Seashore.

The Therapist is a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, working with patients admitted for treatment. The therapist completes individual patient assessments and provides individual and group therapy as needed, and communicates with collateral contacts, schools, and outpatient providers.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline required.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
• Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
• LCSW, LMFT, LMFTI, LMHC, or LMHCI preferred.
