1st Shift Assembly

job description

job includes using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, reading work instructions and occasionally working with test equipment to perform a series of operations while various products are being manufactured; assembling components which will work together to form a complete unit.

shift and compensation

• 6am-4:30pm mon- thur (4 day work week!)

• comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• report problems with quality, processes, equipment and material to production supervisor.
• provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed, the ability to work with others as a team.
• maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment by complying with procedures and policies.
• complete all administrative function by documenting completed production and quality form.
• good eye and hand co-ordination while applying good judgment, hand dexterity is important as small parts need to be assembled.
• overall physically healthy, able to stand for hours in sometimes hot condition.
• the ability to meet daily targets and quality of the production needs.
• ability to work repetitive assembly processes for hours while paying close attention to details and quality objectives.
• ability to work as a team or stand alone projects and assignments as required.
