Nurse Manager will oversee clinical and operational aspects of the behavioral health unit, ensuring high‑quality patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervision of nursing staff, resource allocation, coordination of interdisciplinary care, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school.
• Experience: Minimum four (4) years in psychiatric nursing, with at least two (2) years in a management role.
• Certification: Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida; current AHA BLS certification required or to be obtained prior to direct patient care.
