Registered Nurse (RN) - Up to $40/hr + Shift Differentials

Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation & Nursing at Vista Manor

Location: Titusville, FL

Position Type: Full-Time (All Shifts Available)

Bedrock Rehabilitation & Nursing at Vista Manor is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being.

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care per individual care plans and state regulations.
• Assign and delegate nursing duties based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Mentor and provide ongoing training for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
