Responsibilities
Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. The facility treats adults, children and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses including depression, anxiety and substance abuse.
The Supervisor Nurse will deliver high‑quality nursing care on the inpatient units, overseeing admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, seclusion, restraints, and Baker Act compliance. Responsibilities include managing unit schedules, implementing collaborative care plans, providing medical management and assessment, maintaining environmental safety, and leading mental health techs. The Supervisor Nurse coordinates medical codes and ensures safe medication administration, supporting a therapeutic milieu for patients.

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
