About the Position

Scotto Properties, a New Jersey based property management company, is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for the Titusville, Florida properties. This diverse role combines rental, customer service and marketing experience to lease residential units. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Leasing Agent role.

The candidate must have 3 to 5 years leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle. Proficiency in App Folio and Excel, as well as 5 years or more of leasing experience, is a plus.

• Residential leasing from marketing, advertising, application process through move-out
• Implementing effective marketing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads
• Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases
• Develop and maintain first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents
• Perform market analysis
• Assist Property Manager in duties relating to leasing
• Enter and monitor outstanding work orders in App Folio
• Assist in tenant collection process
• General administrative assistance, including but not limited to answering phones, preparing tenant correspondence, leases, lease renewals, and filing
