Job Description
As a Cosmo Prof Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
- Using selling skills to connect, engage, and inspire customers, helping them with their hair care solutions.
- Providing information and instructions about products and sharing new product launches.
- Setting up merchandising displays and restocking shelves as required.
- Completing transactions accurately and promoting our credit card, explaining its benefits to stylists.
- Maintaining a professional store environment and collaborating with peers and store leadership to achieve goals.
- Demonstrating Cosmo Prof's Purpose and Values.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This role may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and odors may occur.
