Commercial Administrator Tiverton 6 months contract

We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join a busy firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract, running until the end of January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to work within a fast-paced infrastructure environment, supporting commercial and operational teams with accurate data, documentation and administrative processes.

The Role

As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across a number of projects.

  • Completing administrative tasks
  • Processing applications submitted to clients.
  • Maintaining data schedules and ensuring key project and programme information is kept up to date.
  • Liaising with operational teams and different departments.
  • Working to agreed timescales and managing competing deadlines effectively.
  • Working on different systems report

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confidence working with data and business systems.

You will ideally have:
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
  • Confidence communicating with operational and commercial teams.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Previous experience working within an infrastructure, construction, highways or similar environment would be advantageous.
