- Implement tailored educational plans and adapt teaching methods to accommodate various abilities.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes growth and development.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic care and progress for students.

- Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress effectively.

** Requirements:*
* - Experience working with special needs children preferred but not essential.

- Passion for supporting the unique needs of individuals with diverse abilities.

- Strong communication, patience, and empathy.

- Relevant certifications or qualifications desirable.
