The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced therapist to join the Community Rehabilitation Unit at Tiverton Hospital as a Band 7 Therapy Lead for a 12-month maternity cover.
You will provide clinical and operational leadership to the therapy service, manage a complex caseload, mentor staff and develop the service within a multidisciplinary team, with the aim of enabling timely, therapy-led discharge home.
