What you will do

• Manage a community Occupational Therapy caseload across a variety of settings including individuals' homes, supported living environments, and care homes.
• Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to identify needs and promote independence.
• Assess and recommend appropriate aids, equipment, and adaptations.
• Complete moving and handling assessments to promote safety and wellbeing.
• Undertake assessments and recommendations under the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) framework.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop effective risk management plans.
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and participate in Best Interest decision-making processes where required.
• Manage complex casework, providing specialist Occupational Therapy
