IT Support Analyst: Frontline Tech & End-User Support
The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting an IT Support Analyst for their client in Tiverton, Devon. As the first point of contact for IT issues, you will provide end-user support, manage incidents and requests, and ensure SLAs are met across hardware, software and connectivity.
You will troubleshoot Windows environments, support MS 365, and assist with onboarding and leavers setup. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn new technologies
