Registered Manager

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the opening and registration of a new Childrens Home . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up or a Senior Carrer / Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a new service from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new establishment, where you will play a key role in shaping the culture, team, and quality of care from the ground up.

Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (mandatory) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards) preferred Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Carrer / Team Leader Deputy Manager or Registered Manager Experience as Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager Good understanding of Ofsted regulations in childrens home Strong safeguarding and leadership skills Responsibilities Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations Build and manage a high-performing care team Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people Maintain high standards in safeguarding and quality assurance Support/manage the day-to-day running of the home Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and support for young people Work closely with senior management and external professionals
