Maintenance Engineer (Technical Training)
£50,000 - £55,000 plus Technical Training, Career Progression, Shift Work, Pension, Overtime and 33 Days Training.
Workshop based, commutable from Tiverton, Exeter, Taunton, Wellington, Crediton, Honiton and surrounding areas.
Continental Shift Pattern (Days and Nights).
Job SummaryJoin an award‑winning manufacturing company with significant site investment and new state‑of‑the‑art machinery. You will receive external training and qualifications, progressing to a fully qualified multi‑skilled engineer while enjoying excellent work‑life balance on a continental shift pattern.
Responsibilities- Conduct PPM and RM on a range of manufacturing machinery.
- Reactively maintain production machinery to minimise downtime.
- Plan maintenance activities to maximise productivity.
- Assist in training and technical development of new machinery.
- Maintenance engineering experience.
- Background in manufacturing/industrial operations.
- Motivation to advance technical skills through training.
- Experience with multi‑skilled or electrical maintenance.
