Production Operatives - Immediate Start
Tiverton, Devon | £12.71 per hour | 6:00am-2:30pm | Monday-Friday | Temporary to Permanent
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in Tiverton. This long‑term opportunity is ideal for individuals who are reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Duties- Working efficiently on a production line
- Packing boxes and applying labels accurately
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous production, manufacturing, or packing experience is desirable
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good level of spoken and written English
- £12.71 per hour, with enhanced overtime paid at £19.06 per hour
- Free on‑site parking
- Weekly pay with online payslips
- Potential for a permanent position following a successful trial period
- Plenty of overtime available
