Senior Network Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst with extensive experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting network hardware, software, and security protocols. This role involves managing high-security server support, VPN configurations, firewall administration, and advanced network diagnostics. The position requires adherence to strict security principles and a detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance and robust system functionality. This role is onsite in Tiverton, Ontario, with a Level 2 security clearance requirement.

• Manage and apply security certificates across network systems.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot F5 systems.
• Provide firewall application support, including configuration, rule implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Support high-security servers with advanced troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot VPN connections.
• Perform network trace analysis, manage gateways, investigate packet data, and provide integration configuration support.
• Implement, support, and troubleshoot McAfee Antivirus applications.
• Configure, implement, and support web proxy systems.
• Provide DNS and DHCP support and demonstrate strong knowledge in these areas.

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Analyst, specializing in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proven expertise in F5 implementation and firewall configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with VPN setup, high-security server support, and McAfee Antivirus applications.
• Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and web proxy systems.
• Strong understanding of security principles and the ability to adhere to them strictly.
• Level 2 security clearance or ability to obtain it.

• Experience working in high-security environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based change control processes.
• Detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and security compliance.

• Relevant certifications in network administration, such as Cisco CCNA or equivalent, are preferred but not required.
