What will you be doing?

Develop and maintain strong relationships with beqom’s pay equity clients through regular communication and engagement, as their primary point of contact.
Provide onboarding, support, and guidance to clients on best practices for using Pay Analytics by beqom, creating training materials as needed.
Identify areas for improvement to ensure client satisfaction and communicate client feedback to the development team.
Provide expert guidance to clients, delivering professional services that maximize their use of the software to achieve their pay equity and transparency goals.

What are we looking for?

Prior experience in pay equity, HR and compensation/benefits is advantageous; other relevant experience such as consulting can also be valuable.
A degree in business, human resources, or a related field
Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Comfortable working with data and able to provide clear insights to clients
Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple client projects
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication; additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are assets
