Position: HSSE Administrator - 1 year contract (Based )

Key Roles And Responsibilities HSSE Systems & Documentation

  • Responsible for Integra workflows, data extraction, reporting, and HSSE submissions records.
  • Maintain accurate HSSE records, registers, and document control.
  • Route documents through Docusign for electronic signatures, ensuring all approvals are secured within established timelines.
Provide administrative support of Procedures, Plans & Risk Documents
  • Solar Safe Work Procedures.
  • O&M Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • O&M Fall Prevention Plan and Emergency Response Plan.
Provide administrative support for Safety Equipment & PPE
  • Execute PPE procurement, inventory, issuance, and distribution.
  • Execute Fall Prevention Equipment re-certification with suppliers.
  • Maintain Equipment Calibration records for O&M tools and equipment.
Compliance, Surveillance & Training Support
  • Execute Video Surveillance System (VSS) video extraction and submission to Group HSSE.
  • Provide administrative support for O&M HSSE trainings, including scheduling and record keeping.
  • Support EPC Pre-Activity Safety (PAS) documentation for O&M works.
Support department & office administration duties
  • Point of Contact for raising Purchase Requests (PR).
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Any other appropriate duties as required on business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or equivalent in Safety, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in HSSE administration, document control, or O&M support preferred.
  • Exposure to solar, construction, or engineering environments is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Good coordination and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance mindset.
  • Proficient in SAP software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; HSSE systems experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Docusign or similar electronic signature tools, and SharePoint for document management is preferred.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Have initiative, good attitude and willing to learn.
