Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
- Salary: $3,500 - $5,000
- Working Days:
Monday - Friday - Working Time: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Location:
Toa Payoh
- Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
- Create and maintain tender files for proper tracking and monitoring of tender activities.
- Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure the timely submission of tender pricing and technical information.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
- Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
- Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
- Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner.
- Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Possess a minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.
