Location :
Toa Payoh
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Working day : 5 days work week
Salary :
Up to $2,800 (to be discuss)
- Coordinate the booking of service halls, and facilitate the process of check in and check out
- Good understanding of the industry and services provided, assisting clients to make an informed choice
- Logistics support
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and record case information
- Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the time limit and following up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process, documentation, and update customer’s cases
- Support frontline staff on administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
- With 1 year or without experience are welcome
- Comfortable working in the funeral industry
- Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
