Customer Service​/Counter

Job Scope:

• Assist in verification of customers appointments
• Direct persons with walk-in enquiries to the appropriate hotlines, e-feedback form if necessary
• Direct persons who have an appointment to the correct office for their transaction e.g. 1st level for sales application, 1st or 2nd floor for resale transactions or 3rd floor for rental transactions etc.
• Assist with standard FAQs like when is the next sales launches, how can they submit a loan application, where they can open their utilities account, guide applicants how they can access InfoWEB, advise them how to upload their supporting documents
• Scan and submit documents to the requesting section
• Assist customers to apply HFE on-line
• Perform simple troubleshooting of equipment, such as Q-Kiosk malfunction, replacement of Q-tickets rolls.
• Assist customer at the Queue Kiosks if they have issues getting the queue ticket
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, reception, or administrative rolesis preferred, especially in a high-volume public-facing environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Able to work on-site and comfortable with standing/walking for extended periods
• Good computer literacy and basic troubleshooting skills for kiosks,scanners and other office equipment
