Teacher Assistant

Looking for a responsible and organised individual to provide administrative and classroom support to teachers.

• Maintain data records, stocktaking and inventory of teaching resources.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources for classroom use.
• Assist Heads of Department with relief duty arrangements.
• Support student supervision during arrival, dismissal, recess and learning journeys.
• Assist with school events, registration counters and ushering duties.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Teacher Assistant/Teacher Aide in a primary school preferred.
• Secondary 4 education or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, patient and able to work well with teachers and student

11 months contract (Option to extend another 11 months) Jan 26 to Nov 2027

Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
Fridays: 6:45am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
Mondays to Fridays during MOE school holidays: 7am to 11am. For
2027, the school holidays are:
a) 13 Mar to 21 Mar
b) 29 May to 27 Jun
c) 4 Sep to 12 Sep
d) 20 Nov to 30 Nov
Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
