Purpose & ScopeThe O&M Senior Executive will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operations and maintenance activities across assigned projectsandcontracts. The role serves asakey liaison between O&M, the Customer Engagement Team,clients, partners, suppliers, Town Councils, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, effective issue resolution, andcontinuousimprovementin operationaloutcomes.
Responsibilities Stakeholder & Technical CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams, building owners, Town Councils, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment on engineering, safety, and operational requirements.
Provide engineering and operational support during technical discussions, site coordination, and issue resolution.
Manage multiple engineering projects and contracts to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate contractual, budgetary, and schedule matters with external vendors and partners to support effective project execution.
Plan and coordinate O&M activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, resource allocation, work scopes, method statements, and site access arrangements.
Oversee daily O&M activities to maintain system performance, safety, and reliability.
Monitor project and operational performance, identify improvement areas, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions where required.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and site issues during project implementation and maintenance activities.
Enforce safety compliance and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures in line with regulatory and site requirements.
Track OPEX spending, support budget control, and contribute to cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Promote engineering best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across O&M operations.
Diploma or degree in business administration, civil engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and contract management skills.
Plan and prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Possession of own transport is preferred.
