Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Executive Recruiter - Accounting and FinanceResponsibilities:
- Support the Controller and Accounting Manager with key accounting deliverables
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial data and present insights to internal stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and improve financial and operational reports
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Support all month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with audits and ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate
- Contribute to internal control development and process improvements
- Maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Degree in finance or accounting
- Financial services industry experience is preferred
- Seniority level Associate
