• Performs Administrative Responsibilities
• Files Proof of Claim assigned to department and maintains related records
• Conducts searches of previous and current bankruptcy cases
• Uploads daily bankruptcies
• Obtains and maintains bankruptcy court logins
• Serves as back-up for Accurint user 's

• Posts attorney payments for non-bankrupt accounts and recoveries
• Completes all posting of bankruptcy payments
• Performs adjustments to accounts when needed to ensure balances
• Ensures compliance with all bankruptcy regulations

• Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Builds internal and external relationships
• Ensures customer confidentiality and private information is maintained

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet current certification requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
• Action focused
• Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products
• Must possess a valid driver's license, and have the ability to operation an automobile
