Radiology/CTStaff Technologist Shifts Available
- Sunday - Thursday - 11pm - 7am
- Friday and Saturday only - 3pm - 11pm
- Saturday and Sunday - 7am - 11:30pm
Radiology/CT Staff Technologist performs diagnostic exams consistent with quality CT/Radiology Imaging.
Job SummaryUnder the direction of a Radiologist and Supervisor, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures required.
Qualifications- Degree from an accredited school of Radiology required
- ARRT Certification is required
- Must be Registered in CT or CT experience is required for this position
- Graduate or graduation eligible of accredited ARRT Program
- BLS required for this position
- The technologist must be ARRT (CT) registered or trained in CT with least 1 yr experience as CT Tech in a clinical setting.
- Must have X‑Ray experience
Physical Demands: lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Occasional pushing/pulling
- Occasional intensive work, requires reading, writing, & talking.
- May need to sit or stand for up to 2‑6 hours at a time

- Adhere to dress code, appearance is neat and clean.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Report to work on time and as scheduled.
- Wear identification while on duty.
- Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and local regulations.
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Comply with all organizational policies and standards regarding ethical business practices.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Attend regular staff meetings and in‑services as needed.
- Ability to compile, code and categorize, or verify information/data

- Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work

- Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Have near normal vision – clarity of vision (both near and far) either corrected or non‑corrected, ability to distinguish colors

- Walking – continuously within the shift (67‑100%)
