Radiology/CT

Staff Technologist Shifts Available
  • Sunday - Thursday - 11pm - 7am
  • Friday and Saturday only - 3pm - 11pm
  • Saturday and Sunday - 7am - 11:30pm

Radiology/CT Staff Technologist performs diagnostic exams consistent with quality CT/Radiology Imaging.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a Radiologist and Supervisor, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures required.

Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited school of Radiology required
  • ARRT Certification is required
  • Must be Registered in CT or CT experience is required for this position
  • Graduate or graduation eligible of accredited ARRT Program
  • BLS required for this position
  • The technologist must be ARRT (CT) registered or trained in CT with least 1 yr experience as CT Tech in a clinical setting.
  • Must have X‑Ray experience

Physical Demands: lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Occasional kneeling/stooping/bending

  • Occasional pushing/pulling
  • Occasional intensive work, requires reading, writing, & talking.
  • May need to sit or stand for up to 2‑6 hours at a time
