We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director for our Senior Living community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior leadership and operations management, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of driving process improvements and overseeing all aspects of facility operations.

Duties
  • Lead the overall management of the community, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee project management initiatives aimed at improving services and facilities.
  • Foster a positive environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve organizational goals effectively.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand service offerings and enhance community relations.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the healthcare or assisted living sector.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations management, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • A track record of successful business development initiatives that drive growth and improve service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and enhancing the lives of seniors.
