The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide coverage during peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Operate a vehicle and handle merchandise safely.
