Teaching Assistant; Supply Academics

About the Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work in a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools across the local area. You'll provide essential classroom support to teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment.

• Support pupils with their learning, individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs (where required)
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere

• Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
• Flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments
• A TA qualification or relevant experience is desirable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
