Project Specialist - Foundry (Data & Digitalization Focus)

• Data Management & Analytics:
  Design and deploy reliable data collection systems throughout foundry operations. Examine operational data daily to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Success means delivering actionable insights that optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
• Digitalization & Systems Integration:
  Support integration and enhancement of ERP/MES systems, particularly SAP. Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless data exchange and lead digitization of manual processes and reporting.
• Project Management:
  Plan, implement, and track projects using Microsoft Planner and other tools. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. Provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Sustainability & Compliance:
  Apply sustainability practices to improve environmental outcomes and ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to implement data-driven solutions. Provide technical support and training on digital tools to empower teams.
• Travel Requirements:
  Occasional travel may be required to support cross-site collaboration and project implementation.

• Proven experience in foundry operations or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Power BI, data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Experience with project management software and methodologies, including Microsoft Planner.

• Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Sustainability qualifications or demonstrable experience in sustainable practices.
• Familiarity with digitization strategies and IoT technologies.
• Industry-related affiliations and engagement.
