Job overviewThis is an exciting time for Calderdale’s district nursing teams as we have established 5 community hubs each with its own unique and diverse needs.
We are seeking enthusiastic staff members with excellent communication skills, who are highly motivated and adaptable in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a full driving license with access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
We have a vacancy for a 30 hour position with the Todmorden team as part of Upper Valley District Nursing teams. Whilst this is the main team base, the role will involve working for all bases across the community division.
We would welcome any informal visit to see our hubs in action and meet the teams.
