Position:Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer)
As a full‑time, W‑2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with 8‑12 pre‑qualified homeowners each week, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high‑ticket sales. First‑year earnings range from $150K‑$200K, with top performers earning $300K+.
LocationHybrid work schedule, Virginia Beach, VA.
What You’ll Do- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
- No cold calling – all appointments are pre‑qualified by our call center

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30‑90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
