Job Type: Full-time;
On-site

• Communicate haul requests to drivers via offered communication methods.
• Understand driver and vehicle capability to perform the requested load.
• Promptly communicate any delays, issues, or concerns with completing the requested load to customers.
• Answer inbound calls, manage emails and plan loads for available owner operators.
• Must be familiar or willing to train with DOT/FMCSA safety regulations.
• Close orders and process paperwork to assist with billing.

• 2+ years of prior dispatching experience needed.
• Experience dispatching tractor trailers for container drayage is needed.
• Prior knowledge of the transportation industry is a must.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
