As a Member Service Representative, you will process financial and non-financial transactions under direct supervision. You will serve as a primary member contact while building relationships that improve financial health. Sales, service, communication, and listening skills support each interaction and request.

• Process varied financial and non-financial member transactions accurately
• Provide sales and service expertise about products
• Answer telephone inquiries from members
• Provide access to safety deposit boxes
• Complete timely end-of-day processing and balancing

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis
• One year of post-secondary education
• Up to one year sales and service experience
• Forty words-per-minute keyboarding and Windows proficiency
• Clear communication, listening, and multitasking skills
