Finance Manager Budgeting Reporting

This Finance Manager oversees daily finance operations while guiding finance staff. The position combines strategic financial planning with hands-on leadership, emphasizing budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and accounting activities. Guided by ʔiisaak, the role supports long-term sustainability, accountability, and community prosperity.

• Lead, mentor, and support the finance team
• Coordinate budgeting and annual organizational budget development
• Prepare financial statements and oversee reporting
• Analyze financial performance for informed decisions
• Support month-end accounting and transactional processes

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related field
• At least two years’ management experience within a First Nations organization
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial administration
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Adagio, and financial systems proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
