Position: Team Lead, IT Support Role
Location: Ucluelet

Elevate your career as Team Lead in IT Support with the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government in Ucluelet, BC. This full-time, permanent role focuses on leadership, cybersecurity, and vendor management in technology services.

In this position, you will guide the Helpdesk and Deskside Support teams while ensuring the security and optimum performance of IT systems. Your responsibilities will cover policy development for cybersecurity, IT project coordination, and managing vendor relationships. You'll play a vital role in aligning IT initiatives with the government’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise administration and optimization of IT infrastructure

• Implement cybersecurity standards and conduct audits

• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements

• Monitor IT service desk performance metrics

• Lead IT project documentation and coordination

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or related area

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with supervisory duties

• Experience in Microsoft 365 and network administration

• Strong background in IT compliance and risk management

• Valid BC driver's license for inter-location travel
