Part Time Member Service Representative

As a Member Service Representative, you will engage with members, process transactions, and educate them about products. Ideally, you possess sales and service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while assisting members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process various financial transactions accurately

• Inform members about new and existing products

• Answer telephone inquiries from members

• Provide access to safety deposit boxes

• Complete end-of-day processing and balancing

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis

• 1 year of post-secondary education

• Up to 1 year of sales and service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• 40 wpm keyboarding skills
