Position: Experienced Maintenance Technician Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support adhering to AAA standards

• Perform landscaping and grounds upkeep tasks

• Execute various carpentry and painting projects

• Assist in managing preventative maintenance tasks

• Maintain equipment, including the bicycle fleet

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Must possess a valid BC Class 5 Driver's License

• Capable of lifting 35 lbs and performing strenuous tasks

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Experience with HVAC and power tools preferred
