Utilize your experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prioritize daily maintenance tasks for team

• Provide training and mentorship to Maintenance staff

• Contribute to budget preparation and cost management

• Manage specialty projects in various maintenance fields

• Serve as key contact in the absence of the Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical

• Proven leadership and communication abilities

• Proficient in MaintainX and Microsoft Office

• Clean BC Class 5 Driver's License
