The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in assisting the Maintenance Manager to streamline operations while fostering a productive team atmosphere. You will oversee daily tasks and manage specialty projects such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. This position not only emphasizes your technical skills but also your capability to lead and mentor a diverse group of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign, inspect, and prioritize tasks within the Maintenance team

• Lead training sessions to develop staff skills

• Participate in budgeting and inventory control processes

• Manage various maintenance projects effectively

• Be the point of contact in the absence of the Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in maintenance

• Superior knowledge of mechanical and utility systems

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MaintainX and Microsoft Office

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with excellent driving record
