The Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council is searching for a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Community Health and Home Care Nurse. This position focuses on nursing services that prioritize health education, chronic disease management, and culturally safe practices. You'll work closely with Indigenous individuals and families, conducting clinics and establishing important community health partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health through education and community outreach

• Facilitate immunization and support sessions

• Implement comprehensive home care and clinical interventions

• Foster community partnerships to enhance public health

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a license from the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Experience with Indigenous populations is an advantage

• Familiarity with medical record systems is helpful

• Valid BC Driver’s license and reliable transport
