Position: Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator for our franchise location in Northwest Ohio.

Do you have experience in accounting within a services industry? Are you extremely organized with excellent communication skills? If yes, we want to hear from you!

City Wide, the nation's leading management company in the building maintenance industry, provides solutions to a wide range of issues clients face at their facilities. In this position, you will serve the City Wide Facility Solutions - Northwest Ohio, one of more than 115 markets covered across the United States and Canada. Essential

functions
  • Help maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with basic financial reports and recordkeeping
  • Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
  • Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with various HR/compliance projects
Requirements
  • Quick Books experience strongly preferred
  • Basic-level accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Prior bookkeeping or office administration experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time between local offices (Findlay / Toledo / Detroit)
