Receptionist​/Cashier

Jim White Toyota in Toledo, OH is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist/Cashier to serve as the face of our dealership. As a proud member of the White Family Dealerships, we have been family-owned and dedicated to serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for over 50 years. • Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• First Point of Contact:
  Welcome visitors and provide a warm, professional first impression of our dealership.
• Call Routing:
  Answer incoming phone calls, determine the caller’s needs, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Cashiering Duties:
  Process customer payments for vehicle service and parts efficiently.
• Clerical Support:
  Complete basic administrative tasks, filing, and data entry as required to keep operations running smoothly.

• Customer-Centric:
  Passionate about providing a welcoming, helpful, and efficient experience to every visitor.
• Highly Organized:
