Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

• Answer and direct incoming calls

  Provide prompt and courteous responses to phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to staff members as needed.
• Greet patients, families, and visitors
  :
  Offer a warm welcome to all visitors, providing assistance with way finding and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and files
  :
  Ensure that patient records, medical reports, and other documents are up-to-date, organized, and confidential.
• Assist with administrative tasks
  :
  Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports and correspondence.
• Participate in quality improvement activities
  :
  Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
