Automotive Processing Manager

As an Automotive Self Service Recycling Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily yard operations, including inventory management, vehicle processing, and sales team functions. • Report directly to the General Manager and oversee site operations
• Oversee daily inventory procurement, operations, sales and vendor relationships
• Fill operational gaps as needed to ensure smooth workflow
• Train team members and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Identify and discuss potential process improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both employees and customers
• Collaborate with the production team to manage inventory levels

• Management experience required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to teach and follow standard processes
• Experience in automotive or related fields is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule: Full-time, 8am-5pm. The site is open 7 days a week (Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm). You will work 5 of those days, with overtime available.
