Job Details- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month
- Target Salary: $55,000 + OT
- Schedule: Monday–Friday and weekends as needed. Flexibility required to work any shift listed below:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 am–2:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm–7:00 am
- Preferred Experience: Automotive manufacturing materials management/movement

Arlington, TX;
Spring Hill, TN;
Toledo, OH; other locations as needed.
- Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group(s); report plans to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with and train hourly, SNE or other specialists.
- Lead and conduct in‑depth training and continuous review of employee understanding of policies, procedures, and processes.
- Decision‑making for location activities including demand planning, supplier calls, customer interactions, and specialized process troubleshooting.
- Support development of system and process training for employees in the work group(s); perform operational administrative functions.
- Identify and solve operational issues with the account(s) by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to strengthen team unity, productivity, and results.
- Serve as a floater to complete all Supply Chain Ops Associate roles across multiple shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Effective verbal and written communication with employees, peers, and management.
- Strong organization, follow‑up, and computer skills.
- Self‑directed work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage individual performance and employee relations.
- Judgment when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
- Intermediate proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Intermediate proficiency in Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Intermediate proficiency in OSHA.
- Intermediate proficiency in DOT and Hazmat (as required).
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or related industry.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Intermediate proficiency in DOT and Hazmat (as required).

CompensationSalary of $55,000 with potential for overtime and eligibility for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive based on level and type.
